Intervest Offices & Warehouses invests in high-quality Belgian business property which is leased to first-class tenants. The property in which is invested, consists mainly of up-to-date buildings that are strategically located outside town centres. In order to optimize the risk profile, investments in town centres could aslo be considered. Investments in logistic properties fit in with same objective.
On 31 December 2011, the portfolio consists for 64 % of offices and 36 % of logistic properties. On 31 December 2011, the fair value of the investment properties amounts to € 581 million.
On 31 December 2011, the entire portfolio has an occupancy rate of 86 %. For the logistic portfolio the occupancy rate increases from 84 % to 91 % on 31 December 2011.
Intervest Offices & Warehouses has been registered as a property investment fund on the list of Belgian investment institutions since 15 March 1999. The shares of the company are quoted on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels.
